Meet Paul Wiser, the heart and foundation behind our company. His journey began in the 1980s, working side by side with his father-in-law, where he built and installed cabinets in custom homes. He would go on to learn the process of custom new home construction, and would carry the torch on for Quality Builders of North Florida. He always believed and worked based on his values of integrity, honesty and always doing the right thing, something he would go on to instill in us all through the years.
Over the years, what started as a trade became a true family legacy. As Paul raised his four children, each of them found their way into the business, contributing in their own unique way — whether in the field or behind the scenes. Jason Wiser, the oldest son, is one of our builders and a dedicated project manager. His story started early — at just 8 years old, he was already accompanying his father to job sites, helping clean up and absorbing everything he could. Those early days shaped not only his skills, but his passion for the work.
Joshua Wiser plays a vital role in keeping the company running smoothly. He is responsible for the administrative side of the business, managing paperwork, payments, and permitting with precision and care. It's a responsibility he handles with consistency and professionalism every day.
